Gluten free
I really struggle to find good quality gluten free products. It seems strange to have to go to Hobbycraft just to be able to have a nice cake, but that's what I have to do. (Well not just) Thank you for stocking this product. The product itself is wonderful. Gluten free food is a bit hit and miss. But with Betty Crocker you can't even tell the difference.

Amazing cake for people who can’t have cake
Baking gluten free is hard. Baking gluten, egg, dairy and soya free is harder.
This mixture has meant I can I eat cake again. I use oil, water and mashed banana instead of eggs and this makes such a nice light, moist and tasty cake! Even non allergy people have enjoyed it and could barely tell the difference!
Can not recommend enough!

GF cake mix
This makes a really squishy chocolate cake, (especially when used with pot of BC chocolate fudge icing), for my friend who cannot eat Gluten. The difference is everyone can join in and eat this, without my GF friend being the odd one out as It tastes like ‘normal’ cake! I used it for the top tier of a wedding cake too.

This product is great only place GF cake mix
This cake mix being gluten free is excellent for all the family. My grandchildren request this cake when we visit, as they live in Sussex & Hertfordshire. Just looks amazing with the chocolate spread as on pack, can’t go wrong because if l can do it you can do it to. Then you will be a star Nannie like me.

Eat your heart out!
I purchased this mixture having not made a chocolate gluten free cake before, I was very impressed with how easy it is and the results! The sponge is lovely and soft, whilst quite rich with the chocolate buttercream I would recommend to anyone with a sweet tooth and after gluten free bakes!

Great gluten free alternative
Although I’m not massively intolerant to gluten I thought I’d give this version a try. Tasted good but felt such wasn’t as delicious and gave as much height to the cakes as the version that contains gluten. Great value in comparison to buying shop bought pre prepared gluten free cakes.

Just what I needed
This was the first time I has used a packet cake mix, I just needed a hand making a gluten free cake. Was super easy to make and everyone enjoyed eating it. Is cheaper to buy then buying all the separate gluten free ingredients if you dont bake often. Would definitely recommend.

Gluten free, adaptable, nourishing
So many people have problems with wheat. This cake is gluten free nourishing, delicious, easy to make and can be enjoyed by the whole family. I made a mock black forest gateau using home made damson jam, whipped cream on top with a few sliced dark red cherries Show stopper!!!

I am new to Gluten Free baking and was so pleased when I found this product. I was not disappointed, the chocolate cake came out absolutely brilliantly and tasted just amazing, moist and light you could not wish for a better cake. I will definitely be buying more very soon.

Absolutely lovely tasting gluten free cake, everyone had a slice and didn’t realise it was gluten free, it was melt in your mouth choc tastic with cream in between the layers with Betty Crocker chocolate spread and a topping of melted chocolate delicious

Makes a beautiful light and fluffy GF cake
Easy and quick but fantastic results where not only would you NOT know that this cake is gluten free - it is better than other non GF cakes!
Hobbycraft is the only place I can now find it so please don't change that and keep stocking it.

You would never guess that this product was gluten free. It is really quick to make one cake or twelve muffins. They turn out beautifully moist and are really delicious. We all love them even though only one family member is a coeliac.

Not as moist as briwnies but stil delicious for gluten free. Also rather a big cake as 5akes 4 eggs. Stil fairly moist after 5 days which is good wen only one person is gluten free. I found it tasted lively and i am not gluten free.

Great alternative to classic chocolate cake
Tried to bake using this mix and it went pretty well. The texture was a bit more crumbly but other then that it was pretty much the same as a regular chocolate cake. I’ve replaced water with milk though and added some xantham gum.

Really easy to mix with only a few additional ingredients.
The most delicious cake mix for gluten-free or gluten and dairy-free cakes.
Combined with chocolate fudge icing its better than any other cake you can buy.

I love hobby craft for all my crafting fun but the fact that they sell gluten free range is just the best! I struggle to find this cake mix for birthdays whenever I look elsewhere but hobby craft never fails me!

Easy as pie
Great and easy way to include your gluten free friends and relatives. I also mix this with a can of coke instead of eggs and oil and make it vegan friendly too.
