The Explore 3 is amazing
I have wanted a Cricut for ages and finally but the bullet and bought the Explore 3 last week. We have to pay to have work t shirts printed and vinyl signs printed but not anymore! The young lady at Hobbycraft was lovely, we were on our way to buy a machine at another store but thought would pop into Hobbycraft on the way to check out their pricing. The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly and showed us all the machines available and their features etc. She was genuinely interested and made us feel comfortable. We left to go to the other store and spoke to the man in there who obviously didn’t have a clue, he didn’t even know what the machines did! So after a couple of minutes we left there and straight back to Hobbycraft and bought the Explore 3 and an armful of vinyl!
I have enjoyed playing about with the cricut and joined all the Facebook pages with lots of advice, watched loads of Barbara Makers videos on YouTube and feel confident with it now. I have printed a few new work t shirts and loads of signs! Looking at making Christmas presents now!

Cricut are disgusting! (Hobbycraft not to blame)
This isn’t any way shape or form hobbycraft fault at all.
Just want to make people aware that the customer service with cricut is disgusting! I’m still in warranty and they want me to cut the black belt in the machine to prove that it is broke (even tho the only thing broke is clamp A) but no they want me to cut it and have said that it is not guaranteed I will get a new machine!!
It is disgusting!! Also they have blocked my emails going through to them! On trust pilot they have a 1.5 rating and the reviews are so like mine what I am going through at the moment.
I have also said that my phone bill is now sky high because of being past pillow to post and all I got was “then you shouldn’t of called whether your machine is broke or not” yet I am still in warranty.
The only thing that is decent with them is the vinyl. Can anyone recommend a different brand that is spot on please

Great choice
After looking at reviews on die cut machines, settled on Cricut explore 3. Good value and loving the smart vinyl. Ive made xmas boxes for grandchildren and put motifs on them. This involved using smart paper for names and other words and holographic paper for snowflakes and stars. All designs are in the Cricut online design space you register to. Really pleased with outcome.

Easy, quick and useful
The machine and supporting app work well. The interface is easy to use and there is a good range of materials available - though you can only do long cuts with SmartVinyl, which has quite a limited range in comparison to the normal stuff.
Overall very happy with the purchase, but will buy a large format cutter as well until the range of smart materials is improved.

Love it!
I am in love with my new cricut explore 3! I am usually very non gifted to crafts but been very curious about trying and creating new stuff! With this machine you can shine and be an amazing crafter, don’t need to be talented! The machine does it all for you and I’m so happy I have purchased it :)

This product was incrediable great.
So an amazing final outcome from this product and have all the advanced features. The countless number of crafts can make from Cricut. One of the main advantages is we don't need a mat to cut the materials. I am really enjoying the Cricut explore 3 and it's super cool.

My first Cricut and I love it, I'm learning a lot through being impatient, be sure to check all your sizes, material etc guys. That being said, I've mastered the sports cups already (3 sessions in). It's a beautiful bit of kit and I can't wait to explore more ideas.

Amazing product
Only recently learnt about the cricut machines and I’ve always enjoyed crafts, this is going to take that to the next level and neaten out the little bits I used to struggle with, it was a gift for Christmas and I can honestly say best gift I’ve ever received.

I love my CricutExplore3! It has great features and is easy to use! Just find it annoying that I paid for the start up pack, which was great & included lots of materials, but didn’t include any mats or tools - which I think are an essential for use!

Brilliant product
This product is very easy to use, and has many great features. There’s loads of YouTube videos to show you how to use it, but you don’t necessarily need them as it’s quite self explanatory. The product comes well packaged.

Easy to use for a first timer.
