Mug press — dont bother
2 nd mug press , both developed a fault downloading it , bought first one back to hobbycraft who were really good and exchanged it but 2nd did the same .so contacted cricut and am waiting reply

Cricut Mug Preas
How easy is this to use !!! Brilliant , super simple to set up and start using straight away.
Once you get going, it doesn’t take long to get your first mug created. Takes around 7 minutes to “cook” in the mug press.
My only criticism would be the length of the supplied USB cord BUT it is only needed to set up and register the product and to do any updates of ever needed.

Amazing results
I bought this mug press to replace my older one and am delighted with it. It's so easy to use and has an inbuilt timer set to the correct time and temperature for the cricut infusible ink. It gives a much more even result than my previous machine with no ghosting or smudging. Am excited to start creating more detailed designs and see how it performs with multiple layers.

Need laptop
No good to me,need a laptop.to set up and i don't have one so no good,what i did was get a refund and go on ebay and got a press that does tshirts,hats,plates and mugs for a third of the price of the cricut mug press.

Don't waste your money
Don't waste your money, in the space of two days I went through 4 of these as they kept having sensor errors which couldn't be fixed, eventually I'd had enough of going in to swap it and got a refund.
The hobbycraft staff were excellent and happy to help each time, just the machine that's not worth the money.

Very good machine ,but stopped working after a year and several days (out of guarantee only 1yr guarantee and they don’t seen to be able to be repaired and this is a replacement bought for my granddaughter,so hopefully this will last more than 1 year,I expect this machine should go for at least 2-3 years

I am on my second one due to the first one not working, however my second one is also not working so I am talking to Cricut Direct who have promised to send me one out. I was and still am looking forward to getting my own mugs made, feeling quite upset that I am having these issues

Cricuit mug machine
I've enjoyed using cricuit design space and the circuit Infusible ink mug press. Found it easy to use and the finished product is amazing. The only downside is that a bit limited in colour design choice as only can use the Infusible ink vinyls one set chosen colour for design

Does the job
Love this mug press, it works really well right times and temperature pre set for what i need. The only down side for me is you cant get nearer to the handle so you have a big white space near the handle, thats why i marked it down in this review

Mug presents for everyone I know!
I absolutely love this item. Easy set up and use. I have a feeling everbody are going to get mugs as presents now, especially as you can make designs specifically personal to them. Used with Cricut Explore 3 to cut out infusible ink sheets.

Treated myself to a Cricut mug press and I love it! So simple and easy to use. Set up was straightforward although actual instructions are limited!
The finish on the mugs is great! Am so happy I upgraded my older mug press to this one!

I know Cricut are innovative in ease and ability of their products BUT never ever thought there would be an ‘easy press’, for Mugs! It’s simple and it works. Yes it’s pricey but it’s worth every penny!!

Excellent bit if kit. Highly recommended. It’s easy to register and set up and super easy to use. I was debating buying a bigger mug press but with this there is actually no need. Results are amazing.
