Thick paint, high price
Great coverage on mache boxes and a little goes a long way as an undercoat. These are quite expensive though so they're definitely more of a luxury or gifting item.

Decopatch Gesso White Acrylic Paint
I think this paint is really good. It dries quickly and really does make your decopatch look brighter after you have put the papers on.
