Effective blending for better finish on drawings
Bought these for my daughter to blend pencils and pencil colouring to achieve a better effect in her art work. She was quite sceptical about them, and wondered if they would only work with Derwent pencils but they have so far been effective with all the colouring pencils she has tried them with, giving a more blended finish with less pencil marks. Good value for a pack of two.

Useful to have!
I was surprised by the quality of these. They don’t run out as fast as you’d think! And they blend really well, I’ve found they tend to alter the colour slightly when applying but it makes it bolder so it’s not always a bad thing. I’ve used them with faber-castell polychromos and they work a treat! Definitely useful to have in your pen pot!

These do a great job.
I bought these as an alternative to the blender pencils i use for my coloured pencil drawings. The blenders are solvent based so work differently to the pencils, they take a bit of getting used to but are worth the effort. They are a good price and available which is what you want when yours run out unexpectedly.

I brought these to try out originally but they're fantastic on making coloured pencil art look so much better and smoother
Do end up needing a few cause they become coloured from the pencils but if you wipe them on plain paper it doesnt leak onto other colours

Blender pens
These blender pens are perfect for when you want to blend your sketches. Better than using tissue or getting your fingers dirty by smudging. With the two different size tips it can give a more accurate point of where you want to blend.

Pretty useful
I used to use colouring pencils a lot but I was always irritated by the inconsistency of the colour, even though this products effects are not as dramatic as I would have hoped, it does give a bold colour and it's very easy to use

Lage area blender
Theese are best for large areas that need blending.
Small areas it tends to drag the colour out . I stick to a pencil blender for small area and detail and the pens work great on a large project and blend fabulous

Purchased these blends having read the good reviews. They are fabulous to use. They create wonderful blending of both inks and watercolour pencils. A great product at a great price and you get two different sizes.

Ok but not good for professional use.
Ok but not for my pro portraits. They made the pencils look like felt tip pens and I didn't like them. Also if you're not light as a feather using them they can soak the paper. Not for me.

Fun to use
Two different thicknesses. The thicker one is white so it picks up the colours you’re blending. The thinner one is brown so doesn’t pick up colour. Do what they claim.

This product works okay
I don't recommend using them on pencils, they make it quite uneven. It works better on colouring pencils and the tip does not get stained with pigment.

Blend well, but after using them I found that I could not erase the blended pencil marks, why? Do the pens use some sort of solvent to blend?
