This is unnecessary from
Waste Cancas is better.
The instructions say it must be dissolved in water between 30 and 50C. This is incorrect, it will dissolve in handhot water.
However, I will not be using it again. Its transparent, so one has to be careful what light you're working in. The old-fashioned waste canvas is still available on-line, so I'll be sticking with that.

This has to be the most awkward product to use ever. In South Africa I used a product which was very like cross stitch canvas but it fell apart when wet and and it was easy to remove it.This is so difficult to stitch that I have given up. Plan B for my planned project. Waste of money!

Fantastic product
I used this product to put a cute cross stitch pattern onto a jumper. It desolved easily in water and is very easy to stitch with if you follow instructions correctly. Definitely going to buy this again for future products.

It does the job it is intended for.
I have never used soluble canvas before, but I wanted to embroider motifs on the corner of hankies. The downside is I am unable to stitch half-stitches. I have to fill in after the soluble canvas has been removed.

Great for Alice's wedding dress copy
Am making over a wedding dress as a 'Vicar of Dibley' costume. This was just what I needed for the 'I love Hugo' hearts. So easy to use and it washed out so well leaving just the cross stitch - great product!

Melts away
Used for embroidering on a very thin unstable fabric. Worked perfectly. Slightly plastic feel, but melts away completely leaving just the stitches.
