best thread for pin stitching

Pretty thread
Pretty thread and sewed ok but it caught a few times in the needle. At times, the sparkle part sort of stripped back off of the thread.

I always use Gutermann. So this met my expectations. I would advise the use of bees wax with metallic thread to help prevent knotting

Not machine but hand!
