amazing colours
Lovely wool to knit or crotchet with. However I did find that sometimes when crocheting it had a tendency to split/ divide when in the blue section of colours . Other than that it's amusing to knit with and see the range of colours appearing from the ball. It also washes up lovely and stays soft and retains its shape

yarn for babies
Was attracted by the colour combination which seemed perfect for the premature / early birth size I was going to make. However, on knitting it up I felt it was, although soft, not quite as gentle I would choose for such tiny, fragile infants. It knitted up well but I've not yet tested washing it. I have used, satisfactory, a lot of James C Brett wool for third world gifts of childrens' clothes and blankets and shall continue to do so. My small disappointment is merely with the Marble yarn, nothing else.

Soft to touch but not so when crocheting with it
Bought this brand a month or two and wasn't sure of it so tried it again but no, feels lovely and soft but when it's being crocheting, it feels a tad rough. Also, too much white on ball compared to other colours. I won't buy it again.

The colours of baby marble from James C Brett are so pretty, they change seamlessly from one to another. The acrylic yarn is soft and easy to use, makes a beautiful crochet multicoloured baby blanket.

Loved the colours especially the brighter shades

Good Marble
I wanted to complete a crotchet blanket for my friends expected grandchild, but couldnt find six balls of the same dye lot so took the chance of using different dye lots (4) and thankfully there was little if any noticeable difference and it is crotcheting up beautifully. I only gave it 4 stars because of the problem with dye lots.

Excellent
I am currently battling breast cancer and have been unable to work during operations and treatment. I decided to take up knitting again for a worthwhile cause - 5” squares for the neonatal unit at st Thomas hospital in London for mums and their babies. Love the wool especially how the colours gently change into each orher. Fab

Baby wool gender free
I always use this baby wool when knitting for the charity I support which sends out hat's and cardigans to hospitals . It gives more opportunity for use. I do the tradition so pink and blue colours but not as many. The wool is good to knit with and the times look lovely with the variagated yarn.

This was my first time using this brand. I was shopping for other yarn and another customer recommended this. I used this yarn to make a basic granny square style continuous baby blanket which turned out very cute. In fact i enjoyed it so much i went back and bought more in another colour!

Wonderful self-patterning yarn

This knitted up well into a child's dress .I used my old stash of leftovers with this yarn to produce a rainbow dress.As I had used most of my old stock,, I jumped at the chance to purchase more for future projects, as this multi coloured yarns so versatile.

Beautiful yarn
I purchased this yarn to knit a jumper for my 8 week old granddaughter. In the past I have used different brands and colours for this effect, but this is by far the best. Very summery, with it’s beautiful colour combinations. Will definitely buy again.

Beautiful to make Mermaid tail blankets! I make them in many different colours but this is always the most popular choice for my customers. It's baby soft and the integration of the colours is perfect for a project like this. Reasonable price too!
