Beautiful yarn for a gifted crochet scarf
This yarn was a beautiful blue colour and a warm soft texture. My husband made a scarf for me from this, the perfect gift for the winter as it had a lovely weight. Great quality!

Oh So Soft
This yarn is really soft and easy to work with - I was knitting the Hug It Out Jumper and it’s unbelievably warm once you have a few rows on your lap!
The quality of the yarn itself is okay, but I did come across a few knotted ends in a couple of the balls that I worked with.
A good yarn at a great value price is hard to come by, and this pretty much fits in this category - I’d like to see it in more colours though...maybe a nice yellow and cream perhaps?

Easy and quick to knit with
This yarn has been really easy and quick to knit with. It is nice and chunky so can be used to knit lots of great things. I knitted a scarf and only needed two balls of yarn and I plan on knitting a chunky blanket as it is very quick to work with and means you can knit larger items in no time at all. The yarn is excellent quality and would be perfect for someone new to knitting to use. I only wish their was more colour options for this yarn.

Lovely to crochet with!!
I bought this wool with no plan as to what I would do with it. I ended up crocheting slippers for my daughters. The wool was fab to crochet with! Not too fluffy and very soft and strong. I would love to see more colours as I will certainly be buying more for more projects. It would be excellent for blankets and due to the real chunkyness of it, and if you are impatient like me, your project grows really quickly. Would definately recommend!

Snuggly cosy loveliness
This yarn is so darn soft and CHUNKY! I crocheted a mega chunky scarf from it (the circle kind with no end - infinity scarf I think they're called??) and it's SO soft and cosy and took about 3 minutes to make (ok maybe a bit longer than that) and feels like a big warm hug to wear. I'm going to buy more while it's still on offer (took 3 balls to make one scarf) and make them as Christmas presents for all my cold Scottish relatives *grin*

Possible pattern fault.
Bought the pattern and hug it out wool to knit a jumper. Followed the pattern exactly but does not resemble the picture on the pattern. There is obviously a problem with the tension and looks as if the pattern should be knitted on bigger sized needles. The sleeves for the 8-10 size knit really small and barely reach my elbows and too tight at the cuff to get my hand through.
Feel as if I've wasted my money and time.

Perfect for a blanket
Used this in grey to knit a blanket and backed it with shearling. Lovely soft large throw blanket which cost £25 in total. Everybody has been asking where I bought it and can’t believe I did it myself as I’m only a novice. So now using the blue to knit a 2nd one for my autistic son. Feels so soft and cosy and is super value at £5 a ball and 3for2

Supersoft thick wool for a quick knit
I bought this wool for my nieces for Christmas to knit themselves scarves. It is thick and knit on large needles so they won't get bored before they have finished! There was a great choice of colours so that I could get them the colours they wear and I loved the wool so much that I have also bought some to knit a scarf for myself.

Great for beginners.
I got this yarn along with two of the same in different colours, it is lovely and smooth. It is really chunky so knits really quickly and your stitches are really easy to see. I am using it to crotchet a striped blanket. It feels like it is going to be quite heavy strong blanket and the colours look great next to each other!

perfect for hand knitting
I cannot knit with needles but love hand and arm knitting. I have very quickly produced 3 infinity scarfs with this wool. You will need roughly a ball and a half to 2 balls for a reasonably wide and chunky infinity scarf. Very soft. Will be great for xmas gifts and easy to use for hand/arm knitting or beginners.

Love it
Love this wool it's so soft and chunky. I've used it to make a big chunky blanket that i just love, its not finished yet because I've run out of wool and waiting for stock to come back into my local store. Can't wait to finish it. Even my sister wants me to make her one because she loves mine.

Knit Craft Hug It Out
I've knitted this wool/yarn in different colours and it's a nice wool/yarn to knit with. I've already used 6 balls of this and now I'm on my 7th with an 8th still to be knitted up, not sure what I'm going to do with the squares I've already knitted yet but I'm sure I'll think of something.

This wool is no good for jumpers!
I have tried to knit two patterns where this wool was recommended by hobbycraft. I have now unpicked the knitting 4 times as the final results were either too small or looked awful. I guess it might work for a blanket or scarf, but I have now packed away the unravelled balls.

Easy to handle
Lovely soft large gauge wool which encouraged my daughter to persevere and master knitting. She was struggling with the finer wools and was about to give up, but this came up with a lovely stitch and made a nice blanket square which was quick and easy to produce.

Soft and perfect for a scarf
I brought this product to make a scarf by weaving wool and it's the perfect thickness for it. It's also soft and comfortable to wear. when I first felt it and thought it might be ichy for sensitive skin but it's not ichy at all. Great product.

The chunkiest yarn
This yarn is lovely. It’s soft and whips up a Chucky blanket in no time.
It is expensive compared to other online brands but nothing else I have found cheaper matches its chunkiness and the thickness was my priority.
Highly recommend.

Beautiful soft wool
First time knitting with this thickness of wool. It was beautifully soft and knitted well. Very heavy when knitted.
Colours are so vibrant and bold. I would definitely use again, but for smaller project, not a blanket due to the weight.

I love the wool and the colour but it knits so thick on the recomended kneedle size that i did not continue with the project.

Soft super chunky wool
Used Ruby colour wool before to knit a cardigan, so I know what to expect when I use it to knit a blanket/throw. It will knit up quickly and the colour is a beautiful, Dusk Blue - can’t wait to see this on my sofa.

Blanket
I brought three colours of this wool and knitting a blanket. It took three attempts to get the correct stitch but now sorted. The blanket is super warm with a nice weight. Will be pleased when it’s finished.

Great multi purpose yarn
I've used this yarn in three colours for different purposes and its been very versatile each time. Would recommend it for beginners along with 12mm needles for chunky knits such as scarfs and cushion covers.

Great for gift creations
Made a large storage box using size 10 crochet hook, plain stich 20 x 30 x 20, very sturdy. Great to work with, not at all tough, very soft yarn. I crochet 500 st per 200G yarn. Great value for money.
