Beware of saddle sleeves
I loved knitting this until I got to the sleeves! I hadn't realised that they are saddle sleeves and I found the instructions difficult to follow -I've been knitting for many years so don't usually struggle. Ended up unravelling the finished product and knitting something else with the yarn!

Easy to buy and knit
The pattern is easy to follow and quick to knit with the thicker yarn. I didn't use the recommended wool but bought cheaper aran elsewhere and it knits just the same. Buying the pattern on line and downloading it was simple and i would certainly buy another from Hobbycraft.

Started knitting this pattern using WI Soft and Smooth yarn
After a small hiccup (a printing error)
I am throughly enjoying knitting to this
A very easy pattern to follow and the yarn is lovely and is knitting up great

Difficult pattern to follow
Pattern is quite difficult to follow and presumes a fair amount of knitting knowledge. I had to practice a few of the cabled areas first to make sure I was understanding the pattern correctly.
