Knitcraft cotton yarn
I purchased a dress with some embroidery around the neckline and was looking for a yarn to knit a cardigan to match. This shade of blue was spot on and so happy it was cotton and acryllic which will keep me cool in the summer. The wool has a lovely soft feel to it and knits up beautifully. I haven't finished the garment yet but so far I've had plenty compliments while knitting with this yarn. I also think it will wash well.

Lovely finish
I like knitting with this wool and I love the appearance and feel of the finished garments but oh the knots.Each ball of this wool has had a knot in it .When you are knitting you don't notice a knot until it's in your hand then you have to undo the all row to cut the knot out,can be quite frustrating. Nobody wants a knot in their garment.
Having said this I would still buy again because I do like the wool.

A NEW GRAND SON!
This is the first time in 14 years that I am knitting in blue - a new grandson due in Ireland in February. I love this colour - it is blue without being 'baby blue' and has a lovely dusky hue to it. The 50% cotton makes it a great feel and good after washing. I will be looking at other colours in the range. I would love to win the £50 voucher to buy more yarn to knit for the little fella.

This product is deceiving.
The wool is inclined to separate when knitting. I have swapped over from wooden needles to steel but the problem still exists. One ball, unused, and halfway up my garment had terrible faults in the strands. I was unable to carry on with this ball. I took the offending ball back to Hobbycradt where I obtained a swap. Made me wary about this wool and I am sorry but I can't recommend it.

A mixed bag
I bought this yarn in three colours (white, red and blue) to crochet baby shoes.
The white was awful - split every time I put my hook near it and knots in the yarn.
The red and blue, bizarrely, did not seem to have this issue.
The yarn does give good stitch definition and holds its shape well, which is important in shoes.

This cotton is lovely
This is my absolute favourite and always keep a stock of it. It’s versatile and I’ve used it for blankets of all sizes, little flowers and amigurumi. It’s easy to use, doesn’t snag, doesn’t split, it’s soft and gets softer when washed. I would love to see more colours, especially primary colours and a rich green.

Disappointing Batch
I have purchased this brand many times before; it knits up beautifully and is lovely to handle. I also consider it to be excellent value for money. Unfortunately the batch I am currently using has many manufacture knots where the yarn has been joined due to breaks. Very disappointed; hope it is a one off problem

Lovely soft cotton blend yarn
The colours in this range are beautiful. I used pale blue and white which looked great together. The yarn is soft to work with and knits smoothly and evenly. It does have a slight tendency to ‘separate’ but this is immediately obvious so can be rectified without issue. I will definitely use the yarn again.

Bought this to knit a cardi. It was a little dearer than I usually buy but as it was on offer 3for 2 went with it. So glad I did. It knits up really well, nice and soft, and love the colour. Haven’t finished the cardi yet so can’t comment on how it washes. Will buy again in a different colour.

Beautiful Soft Wool
Beautiful colour wool feels very soft & knits easily has a nice weight to it . I have used it to knit a baby blanket and it's turned out perfectly much better than I expected. The cotton style suits the blanket well. Would definitely recommend and will be using again in a different shade.

Knitcraft cotton acrylic blend yarn.
This was the first time i had used this yarn. I am impressed with it. It is soft and doesn't split .I wanted a cotton mix yarn and this was also good value for money. I would recommend this yarn . I made a summer baby blanket for a friends new baby. Very pleased with the outcome.

Knitcraft cotton blend
This is a very nice weight of wool and a good mix of cotton and acrylic yarns. I do find that it is too easy to divide the yarn into individual strands when knitting and this is annoying. There seems to be a few joins in each ball. I've not washed it yet so I can't review that.

Lovely wool to work with, easy to see detail
Although the wool is good value and easy to use. I was very disappointed that each ball that I have used as got a knot join. It has made it harder to make a neat finish. I have bought 6 balls , 3 of each colour. I have used 4 so far and 3 of them have had a knot join.

An excellent middle ground!
I bought this as a tester for a commission as I wasn’t able to get pure cotton in the shade I wanted and this was absolutely brilliant. It gives the same smooth and clean look but at a cheaper price and excellent quality. I’ll be using this a lot in future!

Cotton blend yarn - amazing soft yarn
I love this yarn ! Very easy to work with. Very Soft! Perfect for babies skin! Beautiful choice of colours. I have made some gorgeous baby dresses and skirts with this yarn and intend to make much more! The price of the yarn is very good too!

Lovely wool
Have knit with this wool for a while now, really lovely to knit with, holds it shape and washes very well. Good value when it is on offer for 3 for the price of 2, l would recommend it.

Really like this yarn!
I like this 50:50 blend much better than the 100% cotton or 100% wool.
Easier to handle for a hobbyist amateur and less fluffy/more practical than the wool.
The beach bag & Seahorse looks great. Pattern was from the hobbycraft site.

Ideal for knitting and crochet
Lovely light blue colour, the yarn is 50% cotton, 50% acrylic making it soft and easy to use. Ideal for knitting a baby blanket. Only negative is the yarn tends to split but overall a good choice for knitting and crochet projects

Really good stitch definition
Lovely yarn to work with. I bought 9 balls in total to knit jumper . Some balls have been perfect however 1 ball I found that the yarn was quite split although it didn't show up when knitted. Knits up well. Would use again.

I decided I wanted to knit a cotton jumper. Sick of acrylic wool setting my teeth on edge (is that just me?) so I bought this 50% cotton/50% acrylic. Lovely and soft to knit with. Will be knitting more items with this wool.

Amazed !
Bought this yarn not expecting much, but was pleasantly surprised at how nicely it knitted up. It doesn't split easily and has good stitch definition. Baby blanket is coming on well.

Knitcraft for crocheters
Brand name is a little misleading. As a crocheter, I also use wool. Brand name should be woolcraft. The colour is in my opinion more lilac than blue. Other than being pinickerty with wording, the wool crochets up well

Soft to touch
Nice to knit with. Used this for a summer vest top and as it has some weight to it it hang beautifully and washes well. Only complaint is there are some knotted joins within the balls that you have to be wary of.
