Doubled in price!!
They doubled the price of a 10 pack, and quality has got worse. The pages don't line up, the covers don't line up, I've had some with covers back to front, 2 had all the pages upside down. I order a 10 pack, and have to return 3-4 of them! Can't pick and choose my own due to the special "deal" they have. Just can't believe they doubled the price of the 10 pack!

Sometimes good, sometimes terrible!
On the whole these are quality books which I buy in bulk however I have had to swap so many due to quality issues (7 out of 20) in a previous batch and (10 out of 20) in the last batch. Issues include stickers on the front of the book that leave a mark, crumpled pages, discoloured covers, pages cut to different sizes and books being bound upside down. Please consider applying labels to the plastic cover rather than the actual notebook.

Good outside questionable inside
Really good on the outside even if the hobby craft sticker does rip the cover. Inside pages are often creased, upside down, or damaged. Good for price but be wary of these small things.

Love these, shame about the sticker
Everything about this product is great, only downfall is the sticker that’s stuck on the outside, when peeling off 9 times out of 10 they rip the cover :-(

Lovely Quality
These note books are individually wrapped which is great as note books I've purchased elsewhere have had scratches and damages in storage etc. The hard cover, paper and binder are all fabulous quality and I'm extremely pleased with them.

Great Books - If Only Labels Were Easy To Remove
These books are perfect for us crafters but as stated in many of the reviews the labels are virtually impossible to remove. Please reconsider how you stick the labels on as it may well stop me from buying in the future.

Good Quality
Very pleased with these notebooks. I decorate them and give as gifts. Quality of paper is very good inside and covers are sturdy. For the price it is brilliant. I wish they did them with white covers too!

I've been personalising these notebooks, the vinyl adheres to them really well. The books also have plenty of pages for your notes and are hard backed so less likely to get damaged.

I bought a couple of these notebooks on a whim just to get my order over the amount required for free postage(!) Given the price, I thought the pages would only be good for biro writing, but I was utterly wrong!
The pages are surprisingly good quality, and allow me to use a fountain pen without the ink bleeding through (something that more expensive notebooks have struggled with).
I'm definitely pleased with my purchase - this notebook is working perfectly for writing out sewing pattern instructions, and I think I will be buying more of these!

Sticky labels a problem
The problem with the sticky labels on the back of the product has not been addressed even though it was flagged up TWO years ago, I cover the back so not much of a problem for me but even if they were for personal use this would not be acceptable,please Hobbycraft read reviews and take appropriate action,you cannot remove the label without damaging the book!

The possibilities are endless as to the cover presentation of theis book.
This product is exactly what I was looking for. I needed a cover strong enough to be decorated with mixed media. I covered the the front with string art, felt flowers and my friends name in salt ink. it was then ready for the perfect gift for her birthday.

Books good, labels the worse ever!
The books are great in themselves barring an odd scuff, deep in some cases, and hard bits of glue from somewhere. The BIG downside is the sticky product labels that do not want to come off. From other places these labels are usually a type of easy peel vinyl, but not these. I had seen reviews saying the same thing but thought as they were comments from several!!! years ago, the Hobbycraft team would've taken some action to rectify this problem, but alas sadly not. I now have 20 notebooks that I have to get the labels off, and this is a fiddly process, taking about 10 minutes each, so as not to damage the cover fibres.
I'm decorating the books for gifts so the last thing i want is either a label, mark or residue glue. For these reasons, mainly the label, I have downgraded my rating, and will continue to search elsewhere for something similar.
I know other people read reviews, what I don't know is why the sellers don't, or are they so big in this case that they just do not care about what their customers think, and can afford to ignore their feedback?!

Great for school
Books are a great size and at a bargain price for the quantity you get in the pack. Found these very useful for note taking in college but could also be used as a sketchbook and would be brilliant to decorate. I have no complaints.

I was pleased with this, the only reason I marked 4 star not 5 was I was disappointed with the mark that was left by the label when I removed it from the back, it removed a layer of it.

This product is very good quality
