A3 acetate sheets
Bought this product to try glass painting & practicing on A3 gave me a greater area to cover. With 5 sheets to practice on I can hope all my outliner lines will be straight. The acetate is clear allowing you to see the lines underneath and is heavy enough to not move around. I wii certainly buy again as I need a lot of practice.

Perfect for making templates/stencils
I make a lot of bags, but paper patterns don't last very long, Using these acetate sheets in my electronic cutting machine to make more sturdy templates, means they can be used time and again. Also perfect for fussy cutting the fabric as they are see through

Useful!
I've been using these acetate sheets to paint onto with acrylic and poster paint. They sit on the surface well. Doesn't smudge but wipes off easily. They're flexible, which works for me, and thicker than acetate I've found before, so sturdy.

Versatility
I wanted something to organise my clear stamps and so I bought this acetate, cut them in half and they work brilliantly. I now have all my stamps in order and together. What a versatile product. I used it up so went back to the shop and bought some more!!

Great product!
I use A3 acetate sheets for my photography work; they help to stop the white pen transferring onto the opposite page as well as giving my book a professional finish. They're affordable and useful; overall a great product!

Great for backing seeing pattern pieces
I buy this for my soft toy pattern pieces. Keeps pattern in good condition and you draw round the pattern piece onto the fabric instead of pinning.

Good for printmaking experiments
I am using these to roll out a very thin layer of printing ink before laying down various texture-making materials and lifting a monoprint. I was hoping for something a little heavier, between these 250micron sheets and the scrap window-perspex I have salvaged, which is difficult to cut. These sheets are a simpler option, though expensive.

This product was hard to find but hobby craft had it
I needed some acetate for a island cake I was making for my partners birthday couldn’t find any all day but finally found it in hobby craft in Harlow , I asked for help and two staff went and looked for me and then came back with two types of acetate I picked the one I wanted and my island cake came out perfect.

An answer to a Covid problem
This clear plastic is ideal to cut replacement faceshields. Over time the originals have got bent and cracked, but I was able to cut new ones (2 per sheet) from the larger size sheets.
They will also be excellent for applique templates, being able to see the placement over the fabric pattern.

Love Hobby Craft, nice friendly staff, great products, good prices and above all inspiration to achieve goals not considered before, but.......paying and checkout is very slow and quite honestly.....crap!! Too slow and embarrassing to staff, get it right for a enjoyable shopping experience.

Very sturdy acetate
I bought these for a small project, didn't realise they're too big and I wanted to make some pleats out of them. The sheets are very thick for this and with no other tools than my hands and a ruler it was difficult for me to bend but I see them being very useful in upcoming projects.

Screen printing with acetate
I bought this product to use it to do some screen printing! I bought the big sheets so I could do some large artwork. It’s great to use and is safer than glass. Thank you Hobbycraft for stocking this product.
