I love the smooth transfer one gets with bamboo needles. The yarn never seems to gets too tight when knitting with bamboo.

Fantastic
I am as really not sure about buying these knitting needles but as I fly hand luggage only I needed to get wooden/bamboo needles. Well they got through security and I am enjoying knitting on my holiday and honestly I am converted. I don’t think I will go back to using my old needles unless I am knitting 3 things at a time! Don’t hesitate- these needles are really great

Good quality knitting pins, a dream to use
Bamboo knitting pins are easy to knit with. Bought these to replace the same as I lost one!
I have been a knitter for 57 years and changed from metal to bamboo needles a few years ago. They are much nicer to hold and use and don’t get sticky like the metal ones. Worth trying if you have only ever tried the metal.

Great, light and soft (good for beginners)
I'm a beginner, and found these much better (stickier) than metal knitting needles, so I'm no longer dropping stiches ! As I knit at a measured pace, not fast. They look really lovely too, nice wood, soft and light, will be buying more of this type when I need different sizes

point of needle split
Within a couple of hours the bamboo needle point had split and snagged on the yarn with every stitch. I needed to finish the garment quickly and only had these needles in the required size. I had to sandpaper the needle and try and smooth the split in order to continue.

Loved the bamboo
Saw the bamboo knitting needles on one of my many hobbycraft 'don't need anything, but sure to find something' visits and fell in love with knitting again.
Returned from work one day and my two terriers had eaten them and discarded my knitting. 2nd size 4mm pair lol

Wonderful and so kind to hands and hubby’s ears compared to steel
I’ve bought these lovely knitting needles before and I’m always thrilled with the quality
Not only are they more comfortable to use than steel ones but they are flexible so they are easier to manage and definitely make knitting a far more pleasurable experience

Bamboo needles
I love using bamboo needles as the wool does not slip off like the steel ones. Excellent quality, strong and smooth. Great price and ideal for all types of wool, including eyelash. Just the right length too.

Being bamboo it's much easier to move the stitches along the needle
I bought these needles as the project I'm doing has a lot of stitches..they are brilliant as.i have more than enough room. Being new to knitting, the bamboo style make the glide of the wool so much easier

Great flex and grip

Okay needles
This is the second pair of this guage I've had to buy, the first pair snapped. Better in the bigger sizes although lovely to knit with. Would probably buy a metal pair next time.

Very good set of knitting needles
As a new knitter I found the metal needles too easy to drop stitches. These bamboo provide enough resistance that you can stop the stitch slipping off the end of the needle!

These needles help to grip the yarn but are also smooth and do not catch on it - I have experienced this in the past with other wooden needles! Really enjoy using these

Cheap and nasty
I was disappointed, the needles are flimsy and not totally smooth so the wool would frequently catch. The saying "you get what you pay for" is certainly true here
