Lovely gold colour, easy to use
I was looking for a decent gold icing but came across this instead and it's perfect! It's easy to use, you just paint it on in thin layers until you get your desired effect! It dries in a few hours and really stands out. The best thing is it won't dry out like gold fondant and I can use it over and over again.

Edible gold paint
I've never used this product before and was a little apprehensive but its just so user friendly, I shouldn't have worried. Its smooth, not runny and goes on evenly, perfect for painting directly onto a cake, in this instance a wedding cake. There's no smell and it looks great. I'd definitely use it again.

Great product
This was easy to use & gave good coverage without using too much, & there was no noticeable taste or odour (this was a concern I had before using). I did have to retouch after moving the decorations I'd painted, even after allowing it to dry over night, but still overall impressed with the product.

Bright colour and easy to apply
Stunning colour edible paint. Easy to apply, no streaking and dries relatively fast too. I applied it to fondant icing both laying down and upright and it didn’t run or streak. I’d definitely try again with a different colour.

Good value and does the job!
This worked really well for painting over icing. Don't worry if it paints on and looks a bit runny, it doesn't look like this dry. Tip: try more than one coat. Well worth the money.

Great coverage

Rainbow dust light metallic paint
Very good for small areas and delicate designs but when you are doing a large area it can be patchy and definitely needs a second coat ,it's best to use a soft wide brush for this and to give yourself plenty of time between each coat I painted some leaves that needed a second coat and put them onto some foil on top of my radiator to help the drying time, it goes a very long way , the end result was good and I would definitely buy again.

Bought this for the first time to try on my chocolate truffles. And must say how early it is to use, firstly I tried it to coat a half round chocolate mould to see the effects tubed out lovely , bug then tried a " rag " effect and it was stunning could not be more happier with results. But a face to coat champagne truffles with little extra special

gold fades and turns a murky camel colour
I was so excited to use this product and really disappointed afterwards.
When I first painted my sugar daisies they were a glorious shimmering gold but as the day went on the shimmer disappeared and I was left with what looked like dead daisies. I was horrified as I'd used it to decorate a 175th anniversary cake and didn't have time to re-do it.

A great co!our to this product.
I was a little concerned that the bottle was small as I wanted to cover the whole side of a cake but it actually went a VERY long way! Great for giving glam to fondant creations. If you cover a cake, as I did, paint TWO coats but leave to dry thoroughly overnight or the second coat will drag on the first. Great WOW factor - Good Luck!!!

I really like the colour it's just super hard to paint on fondant. It doesn't really stick if that makes sense. I can still see the fondant underneath. I have to dab continuously until I can't see the underneath.
Also if you have a darker fondant the gold changes colour into a greeny if you keep trying to apply in same place.

Easy golden unicorn horn
As a novice unicorn fairy cake supporter for my daughter,I bought this product as opposed to the dark gold one.
It was easy to apply to fondant icing with a small brush and not too drippy. On drying , the colour remained true. It is a light gold colour, almost a caramel. I would recommend this product.

Wouldn't buy again
I found this product difficult to use in that the second coat of paint caused the first coat to drag and left an uneven layer of colour. I left each coat overnight before applying a second coat but still found the colour was patchy and uneven. I think a spray paint would have achieved better results.

Three coats needed
As a hobby baker I am happy to use this for cakes. Edible so food safe. The colour is ok, but you’ll need a few layers of paint to achieve a bold block colour especially on larger areas of work. The drying time is long in between coats so plan ahead when using the product!

Good but be careful
Fab colour but better for smaller areas. I painted it over large area yellow fondant to make a gold ball. Was darker in fondant blemishes and came off if brushed twice. Looked awful on it's own. Looked amazing though with gold glitter pump over the top, gave great depth.
