Used them as ‘berries’ for holly on Christmas cake. Were quite tricky to get out of the packaging but looked good and were admired by family who asked where I had got them.

Great decoration
I bought 40 of these to decorate a ruby wedding anniversary cake and they looked fabulous. Just like real little ruby's but edible!

Good flavour and colour. Bigger than expected and fell off side of cake so had to push them into buttercream but over all happy.
