Absolute rubbish
I thought it was too good to be true but bought it to try.
I read the instructions and on the first press of the button the metal piece that pushes the cotton through the needle, has broken.

Save your money
I've tried varying sizes of needles as well as various thickness of threads and its hit and miss at best if the needle is threaded. I recommend saving your money

Thought it would be good if I can't find my glasses
Thought this gadget would be useful.
However the large eye side works every time but the small eye only works occasionally.

This needle threader broke after 24 hours.
The concept was good but the wire 'threader' came out the side after 24 hours rendering the gadget useless. Disappointed.

Very disappointing
Irritatingly hit and miss. A traditional needle threader is cheaper and actually works. Very disappointed in this item.

Not as easy to use as I’d hoped
I couldn’t get this to work until I’d looked at what I could find on U Tube, which told me you need the right size of needle. Once I tried a different sized needle it worked, most of the time. I would want the packaging to say which size needles to use for both the large and small eye needles.

Bought as a present
Mum requested this for christmas (amongst other things) I know she will be pleased with it as she is a keen 'patchworker' and was starting to have trouble threading her needles.

This product is not made to last
I used this to thread cotton on a small needle on the day I bought it, and the lever broke straight away. This was the first time I had used it.

Poor product
Waste of money. Needles with a small eye wouldn't fit into the small 'chimney' and wouldn't thread in the larger one.

This product is very disappointing
I bought this product because my eyesight and hand grip is not what it used to be. I thought ah great this will be helpful but It’s worth paying £3-50 to make life easier - not so it was useless very dissapointing for a hobby craft product I was going to take it back but I didn’t want to sound petty.

one star is genorous !
This needle threader is hopeless. I don't have a needle small enough to fit into the 'small needle' side
and the larger one just doesn't thread. I can see how the process should work but basically i threaded a needle once in about 10 times. Not fit for purpose.!

Not good
I got this to help me thread the needles... because a magnifying lamp was to expensive...
What a wast of money
First try...the big hole site .. Brock....but that is what I need...
And I can't find my receipt to bring it back

Poor tool not worth it.
The small needle hole was almost nonexistent. Trying to line the eye up with the hole and wire for threading is mor difficult than threading the needle. Not a good purchase. Unusual for Hobbycraft.

Not sure this works…
It might be me…but I can’t get this to work. The needle won’t go down far enough for the threader device to push the thread through… so unless it’s just me, I’d like my money back? Thanks!

A bit hit and miss
It’s a bit hit and miss. Very frustrating with numerous attempts to thread. Maybe it’s a knack that takes practice. Quicker to put a light on and thread yourself if eyes are good enough.

Not fit for purpose
Unfortunately I had to return this to Hobbycraft as it didn't work. The helpful person I spoke to suggested that I exchanged it for an alternative product which has worked a treat

Disappointment with threader
This lasted a couple of days until the wire came out and it would no longer thread. It was expensive at £4! Bought 10 traditional threaders on Amazon for £2.99.
