Knitting for babies
All babies are special to me and I will only use special wool. I have used Sirdar snuggly for my own children when they was babies and for all babies I’m asked to knit for now my own are grown up.
It never goes baggyand doesn’t bobble either. Washed beautiful, what more is there to know

Soft but has clumps
I usually buy a cheaper yarn but wanted the item I purchased the yarn for to be special, it does knit up nicely and is soft BUT every now and then there is a clump of yarn, I can pull it off but if you miss one and its then in the knitting, you cant pull it and it doesn't look very nice.

Lovely soft wool ideal for baby clothes
This wool is very good for knitting baby clothes. It has good yardage and is very easy to knit with. It doesnt separate as some wools do. It washes very well keeps its shape. It is available in other colours and is extremely soft. Also available as a pearl wool with sparkly bits

Really soft and snugly
I started using this wool to crochet some baby blankets for a few of my friends expecting new grandchildren. After I made a few I found out I am having two new grandchildren of my own in April 2017. This wool is so soft, very gentle and snugly to use for a new baby.

The wool to use!!
This might be more expensive but u can always rely on this wool! It knits beautifully, washes very well and is nice to knit with ! Doesn't bobble at all, as I say it is more expensive than others BUT a baby deserves to be dressed/wrapped in this soft wool

Excellent, as always
I have made a large shawl using Snuggly and purchased more yarn to make the matching blanket. The shawl and other baby items I have made using Snuggly have all turned out beautifully and are so soft. Definitely the best baby wool.

Excellent for Crochet
Just used this to crochet a baby blanket. It didn’t separate and is lovely and soft; even more so once it’s been washed. Maxine wash & cool tumble dry and it retains all its qualities. It’s my go-to yarn for such projects and

Beautiful, soft yarn

Good quality yarn for knitting baby clothes
I always use this yarn for making newborn baby items. It knits well to pattern specifications in either DK or 4 ply. It is also washable having excellent results of ‘volume’ and shape after laundering.

Good wool for baby clothes
This wool is lovely and soft which makes it ideal for knitting baby cardigans and jumpers. It is easy to use and very good quality.

The perfect wool when knitting for a baby, beautifully soft. Worth paying a little bit more for good quality.I have bought cheaper wool before and have come across knots but never with this wool.

Perfect fo making baby garments .
When knitting items for babies I always choose Sirdar Snuggly DK yarn . Beautiful and soft -easy to knit . There is also a good selection of colours to choose from .

product is very soft and cuddly!
Ideal as a substitute for "fur" items, but having arthritic fingers I found it harder to knit with than standard yarn. don't let this put you off though!

Glue from paper band on yarn.
The paper band was glued to the yarn so I had to cut off a lot of yarn (on three of the balls bought). Fortunately I had bought enough to finish shawl.
