Perfect for blackboard
Bought this to write shopping lists on a cupboard at home I've painted with blackboard paint. Works a treat..much better than normal chalk which doesn't write very well. Cleans off easy too.

Great pen for chalkboard gift
The pen is definitely much easier and neater than using chalk and looked great on a jar with a chalkboard lid for a gift.
Only thing I'll say is it was tricky to get the ink flowing in the pen and the pictures on the pen didn't really help. In the end pressing the nib down hard on a test piece of paper got it going in the end.

Functions really well
This is the first time I've used a chalk pen by Uni, and so far I am impressed with the quality of it as compared with the other brands I have used. So far it functions more reliably in usage than other brands I've used.
I am pleased with even though I've not used it extensively yet. (Uni Chalk Pen 1.8 -2.5 mm nib)

Very handy product
I found this product very useful! I wanted to put a design on a faux leather jacket, and my original idea was to use acrylic paint. I found this chalk marker a lot easier to mark out where I wanted the design with more accuracy and it wiped away fairly easy after use (with a wet sponge)!

Works well!
I'd recommend this pen. It's easy to use after a bit of shaking and pushing the nib up and down on paper a few times. No streaks and writes smoothly on black paper. I used it to write place settings for a dinner. It looked really professional and unlike chalk, doesn't smudge!

Great on textured paper!
I have been using this product for drawing on brown paper and similar textured paper and the strength of pigment is great. A very versatile pen, which can be used finely for small details or to cover a large area quickly. Also works really well on the mini-blackboard signs!

Love it!
After years of using a basic white chalk on my kitchen’s blackboard I decided to buy this marker and now I regret I didn’t buy it earlier. It’s easy to wipe off with a damp cloth, writings look neat and you don’t have a chalk dust everywhere. Recommend

White Chalk marker bought for design on brown wrap for Christmas gifts
Having seen a while chalk maker featured on an email from Hobbycraft, I thought what a good idea it would be for writing onto brown wrapping paper. It worked excellently and I have already recommended the product to another crafter!

Great product and has lasted a while
This product has lasted fantastically. We would have benefitted with one that had a finer tip but none were available apart from the hobby craft own brand which sadly wasn’t as good. This one is great though!

Clear and sticky as expected
Easy to use clear sticky backed plastic, 3 for 2 offer made it really good value. We used instead of labels, printed label using normal printer then stuck on the jar using SBP, brilliant as also wipeable.

Love this chalk pen
This is my 2nd Chalk Pen infact i bought 2 this time, they are easy to use, they do wipe off the small blackboards that i use even after a time with a wet piece of kitchen paper and they last a long time!

Good chalk pen and can be used on other items
This worked well on my chalk board, although you do need to use it with washing up liquid or something to rub off easily.
It did work on other products like terracotta pots and this became very handy.

Just the job
Used this to draw on the bottom of my patio door glass , flowers ect , as we have a new kitten and didn’t want her to crash into the doors.
Looks great and washes off easily when no longer needed

Great pen but frays very easily.
This pen is perfect for writing on black, It comes out thick and very white, reasonable price. However the nib tends to fray very quickly and easily, making the writing messy around the edges.

Chalk pen
The chalk pen was smooth when writing and I wrote 3 A3 size chalk boards easily with just one pen. This pen still has more use so thought it was great value and would recommend this product.

Very clear pen
This pen writes very clearly. I have had a chalk pen before but the 'ink' was not as clear as this. The only point against it is that you need a damp cloth to erase it, not a dry one.

Fluid and pure white
As long as you shake the pen vigorously for several seconds the first time, it writes beautifully. The white is thick and consistent and looks almost like paint. Excellent chalk pen.

Improves your sign writing
This liquid chalk pen writes really well. It has a great bullet nib for rounded characters which flow evenly and dry clearly. Easily wiped off the small chalk board.

Does the trick

Chalk pen does not work
The idea of using a chalk pen instead of chalk was appealing. However having opened the seal and giving the pen a good shake the pen released no liquid chalk.

Too watery
This liquid chalk is really watery which makes the colour really opaque. Good if you’re going for a distressed look but doesn’t stand out very well

Great chalkboard marker
Great for creating all sorts of art work on black boards. Semi-permanent so would have to be scrubbed off if wanted to use the blackboards again.

So easy......
I keep a chalkboard in the kitchen for lists and this marker is so much better than bog standard chalk - it makes even my writing look neat! :)
