Best present ever !!
My Daughter asked me to get her a shadow box when I nipped in to buy some thread the other day. I saw these at the front of the store and thought this will do as they had been reduced .... bargain I thought !
A few days later it was my birthday and she had made it into a wonderful birthday gift with a picture of us both with diamanté sprinkles and cut out hearts.
It was over the moon with it. The quality was fantastic. It was like you could of bought it from an upmarket store. ...... excellent item

Good value for money
I have bought many of these frames and find them very good value for money and good quality, though occasionally there is one with a blemish or bubble in the paintwork. I tend to order them via the website so if was buying them in person would be more picky with quality.

Great product
I bought these in the half price sale so I was very pleased with the value for money. I had only seen these frames in bare wood before and often end up painting or staining them as I sell pictures for a living so it was nice to have another option. Careful with the metal tabs on the back as they will snap if you open them a few times as I have done in the past due to mistakes. Overall, a nice looking frame which isn't too contemporary as you can see the rough wood through the paint. I'll be stocking up!

Variable Quality
I spend a lot of money with HobbyCraft and have bought a fair few of these box frames, along with many other items. Unfortunately the last two lots to arrive had a really rough finish (as if they had not been sanded) and the rest had chipped paint in small areas. This meant I was unable to use them for the purpose intended. I don't have the time to spend shipping things back so I have just left it. I would have been a regular buyer of these, but unfortunately now feel that I can't rely on the quality.

Nice solid frame
Love these deep box frames. Made well and reasonably priced. Occasionally had scratches on glass or a little bubbled in the corner, but out of about 12 bought only happened on 2. Perfect depth for my pebble pictures.

good value for money
I needed a small frame with depth to accommodate a piece of beading and have been looking for a while when i found this frame and a smaller frame from Hobbycraft. It arrived promptly, and is well made for the price. It was easy to assemble with the piece of art work, although in this case I decided to use the smaller frame. I now have different plans for this one. The surface is also such that you could paint it or change the finish which is an advantage if you want to personalise it.

Great memory Boxes although can be difficult to remove the back
I bought 3 of these to do some craft bits as gifts for family over xmas and these arrived very very well packaged! The delivery was very quick and the products were great.The only downside i could possibly see is the backs of them are difficult to get off as theres no way of pushing the back off so i ended up using a cop stick which worked very well without damaging it. It's great that its a tight fit on the back though as it wont move around and damage any of your items inside.

needle point kit
I was looking for a birthday gift for a friend. I didn't want anything too complicated, but rather something which would be enjoyable and relaxing with a finished product that could be framed and hung with pride in the house. I found just the thing a kit featuring 'Home is where the heart is' enclosed by pretty little hearts, simple but very effective.

Absolutely delighted.
I have been looking at box frames online for a while as I plan on making personalised letter box framed pictures for my grandchildren’s bedrooms.
I decided on hobbycraft box frames and I am so glad I did. I ended up buying everything for my project along with the frames,

Frames are just the right size
I bought 1 of these box frames before and like it was a bit different from the usual photo frames. Being half price meant I could buy more. The down side, and I guess the reason they were half price, all the white ones had some white paint missing so I had to re-coat all 5. The black 1 is ok. Still a sticker saying seconds or what ever term is appropriate would have been helpful. .

Great value for money
This little frame is great value for money. Well made and with corners that are mitred neatly. The wooden insert that keeps the glass to the front of the frame and makes up the inside ‘walls’ comes out completely, which allows you to paint it easily should you want to. It also allows you to slip in a mount, or decorative paper cut out surround near the glass if you want to.

Fantastic way if displaying personal items and memories.
These picture frames have the room within them to place personal items and memories as a creative collage. Children can have as much fun as adults in conserving a wonderful memory. Seashells. Concert tickets. Tiny ornaments. All placed together as a collage with photos arranged alongside it with a backdrop of wallpaper, wrapping paper or your own painting. Wonderful.

Craft products everything you could possibly need under one roof
I bought Boxed frames which are fantastic for their very reasonable prices in several colours and sizes too also Great sturdy frames . I also bought craft pens , glue and paint . Prices are great there is so much to choose from spoilt fir choice too . You don’t need to go to several shops as you have absolutely everything here in hobby craft all under one roof .

Poorly made
Purchased as they were on offer before mother’s day, I think they are worth the cheaper price paid (not allowed to mention specific prices). I had to search through quite a few to find one in decent condition and even underneath the plastic covering the paint was chipped or the edges were uneven. Ok for what I needed but disappointed none of the less!

My first sewing machine for years.
This machine comes with an instruction DVD that was really easy to understand. I managed to shorten my curtains using the sewing machine and it was so easy to use. I might need to practice sewing in a straight line but really happy, they are now hanging and look great. The lady who served me was really helpful and filled me with optimisan.
