This product is perfect
I make hand made children's names with buttons and sparkles with 3D butterflies and other things. This product is perfect not only for this but for other ideas too. It's deep base allows me to ues pretty much anything I want inside and looks so fresh and classy with the white frame around the edge. The quality is second to none.

Just the job
The frame was just what I needed, although the frame does have some 'imperfections' which is a shame and it only comes with a white leaflet inside and not a choice of a black or white backing sheet, so I had to provide my own. All that said, my 'art' does look really lovely hanging on the wall. :)

Brilliant quality and value for money
I bought this to put a painting my son did of his pet bird and I added some of the birds naturally shedded feathers to it as a gift from the bird to my son for Christmas. Perfect depth, and the white is a crisp white. Very lucky it was on offer when I went in to purchase. Love hobbycraft!

Perfect size all round!
The depth of the frame is perfect to create an Initial box frame. I use the 20×20 usually, but needed one slightly bigger for the idea I had in mind. 30×30 was perfect! The recipients loved it when they saw it amd have requested another one to match.

Wrong frame, not for the first time
This is not my first order to go wrong that I have received from hobby craft, in fact I think it’s my 3rd or 4th. Whilst customer services always refund the purchase they don’t refund my time wasted having to go back to the store (half hour drive) for a replacement or the petrol costs going back to the store. The frames I order are for customer orders so the refunds also don’t take into account my customer complaints, my delayed orders or my potential lose of customers. It is simply not good enough.

I love the deep frames. Great for art
I'm always watching out for the Deep frame boxes to be on offer and buy loads as I do lots of craft, art work . But when it's not on offer I tend to buy the shadow box frames. So pls keep the deep box frame price always low. Lol

This product Light weight frame. Excellent value
Fantastic light weight Frame, well made finished in Black or White comes in large or medium size frames, ideal for large pieces of craft work or small. Both make beautiful features to any room. Excellent value for money. Fabulous product.

They are alright!
These frames are ok while on offer, but would not like to pay full price.. the wood is always marked and never smooth.. I had to have a good look at them while in store to choose the best out of what was on the shelf.

Quality control issue
These frames are awesome but this is the 3rd time I have have had to search through 10 or so frames to find one that wasn't badly painted, chipped or missing chunks out of the frame. Quality control issue?

Good value for money

My box frames were high quality and easy to work with. only advice is use a knife to flaten the metal clips on the back or you will struggle to get the back board off.

Just what I was looking for
I usually customise an ordinary frame to make a box frame by making my own spacers but this is much easier. Just remove the glass and I have exactly what I want.
