Nice quality frame and versatile
I used this to display a knitted flower. What I liked about it is that the depth is adjustable. I thought I might have to glue or secure the knitted piece in place to suspend it, but you can actually flatten it quite nicely. The backboard is quite sturdy.
It looks very sleek and the glass polishes up nicely. I have only knocked a star off because of the glass actually. It is quite thin, which gives a lovely appearance, but I imagine it could easily break if using too much force to secure something. You might want to wear a glove, as I managed a "paper cut" type cut from the edge of the glass and you don't want to accidentally bleed on your artwork!
I think this is better quality than many I've seen elsewhere and is worth the price for the quality.

Brilliant Shadow Picture Frames
I recently went onto the Hobbycraft website to look for a picture frame to fit an embroidery piece of work which has 3D owls and a hedgehog glued to it.
The website is really easy to use, but wanted to physically look at it so I drove to Hobbycraft in Bolton. The item was the 30cm x 30cm. Price had been reduced.
They are so perfect for what I needed I Ended up going back and buying another.
They are easy to dismantle, fit your design into and then reassemble. They look amazing on mine and my daughters wall.

Was a moving in present with a collarge of photos in & my sister loves it.
The white frame also gave it a nice clean look and not too overpowing.

Ideal for crafters
I bought the shadow box to frame a 30x30 Crystal art piece I had made for a friend for Christmas. I was so pleased with the fit and being white it will go into anyones colour scheme. Very pleased.

Great quality
I buy these when they are half price. A little expensive at full price. These frames are great quality and bring a nice finish to projects.
I have made lots of different designs to fit these frames using buttons, scrabble letters and mdf trees. These frames leave my projects with a fantastic finish.
The only negative I have is that they can only be hung on walls and can’t stand alone but really that is me just being picky.

Excellent Box Frame
We looked everywhere for a box frame that would fit a crystal art picture to no avail. The crystal art picture is exactly 30x30cm and on a mounted canvass frame. We wanted a frame to protect it from dust. This frame is ideal because it fits perfect and not to mention the fact you can remove the inside border that you can’t initially see and the border in which you can see from the front.
I cannot recommend enough!

A Shame They Don't Come in Natural Wood Any More
I have bought several of these before. They are ideal for displaying hand made flower arrangements. I got this one as a new home gift, and had planned to get the natural wood version that has always been available before. Unfortunately, this time I had to go with white which just about worked with the autumnal colours of the arrangement.

This is a well made box canvass in a nice deep frame allowing for room for some nice little extras if your choice to be added in and placed inside your frame for decorative purposes
Comes with nice white precut mounting card and is a nice sturdy frame
Also happy with the price paid and would say to friends its worth buying theirs here

I love these frames, I buy them a lot and use them for my craft business. I usually buy them when they are on offer at half price, which makes them excellent value. Unfortunately they were not on offer this time, which does make them a little expensive for my small craft business so I may have to look elsewhere for other frames.

Kiss the Miss Goodbye frame
I bought this shadow box frame for a "Kiss the Miss Goodbye" gift for my future Daughter in Laws hen party. I printed the words onto card and then everyone kissed it with lipstick and wrote a message. I then put scatter jewels and sequins in to sit at the bottom of the frame. It turned out really well and she loved it.

Half price bargain?
A bit disappointed in the finish of these frames if I’m being honest. I really wouldn’t have bought at full price of £11 and only got them because I needed this size in a hurry. I’ve had to retouch them here and there, and the spacer inside of frame wasn’t even painted it was raw mdf....not worth full price at all.

Good buy but some of them marked
Have bought loads frames as i make pebble pictures. I got most of them at half price but when i brought them home some were marked, and couple of them fell apart at corners and some of the clips fell out from the back of the frame. I could not be bothered driving back to hobbycraft from my house so binned them.

Good but could be better
Great frame. Wish they'd used plastic instead of glass which would make the kit slightly lighter and be safer for using in young childrens rooms. I placed the frame leaning on a wall and it slipped and the glass shattered into many many shards which was very unsafe given it was a gift for a nursery setting.

Great all rounder
This is a sturdy, good sized square frame, useful for lots of different larger crafts.
I love the fact that hobby craft do lots of different square sizes in various colours but I do wish they would incorporate a rectangular size in their products as well. Not everything is suitable to a square.
