Not impressed - will not buy again
Bought two of these to make hampers. Wicker basket is good but the “bow” is poor quality. There’s no cellophane covering so I had to buy that separately. Over priced for what it is, and not the quality that I expected from Hobbycraft.

Not as good as others on the market for the money
Bought this today and found that like unlike equivalent retailers it doesn't contain the cellophane wrap. The red shredded paper is so short that it goes all over the place and without the cellophane to contain it just leaves a trail of mess. Not sure what use this hamper has without the wrap to be honest- useless to take anywhere as a gift. Hamper is not very sturdy so not ideal for heavy bottles e.g. mulled wine etc.only light items like biscuits etc.

UTTER RUBBISH!
Brought just before Christmas, leaving me no time to return so had to improvise... the baskets do NOT come with the celophane wrapping! All you get is the basket, red straw and a bow which is useless as there is no celophane to attach the bow too or cover the basket with! Had to make an emergency dash to WHsmiths to buy some celophane! If I'd have had time I would have returned!

Good for filling as a Christmas Hamper
A good size for present hampers for Christmas. They seem quite sturdy too. Having the shredded paper and the ribbon included is a bonus. Having opened it, there is no bag except for the one containing the ribbon. So I'll need to get some extra wrapping to go over the whole thing once we've filled it with our jams, jellies and chutneys.

Disappointed
Bought to make a nice Christmas hamper gift but didn't realise the set didn't include cellophane. The basket itself is poor quality, lots of exposed cut ends of the wood material, plus the "shred" just falls through the Weave. Had to line it with paper to stop it all falling out. Really disappointed for the price

Awful, do not buy
Absolutely awful, over priced, doesnt have the cellophane included.
This had got to be the worst hamper kit I have ever purchased and I will not be purchasing again. There are cheaper versions on the high street which include everything you need, this one is a rip off.
Save your £7.

Wicker basket
Great product, I’m making an all sweet hamper for Christmas for my dad as he lives alone and says he needs nothing. He enjoys all thing sweet so I’m filling it with chocolates mince pies, fruit cake and chocolate bars. I shall wrap it up and tie a big red ribbon around it.

Kind a did the job.
Hamper was ok. The red shredded paper fell out of all the gaps in the basket so ended up hoovering once done. No cellophane wrap like with other hampers I have brought so had to wrap with normal wrapping paper then tie the bow on. Kinda takes away from being a hamper.

This product is the perfect hamper!
This product is a brilliant size. Can use the filling that comes with or can use without, I used to make a hamper for a family meme bet for their Christmas and I am really really pleased with the outcome. A great price and great quality.

Great value pack
I was looking for a different kind of personal present for someone last year and this was perfect. I put in the hamper all her favourite things and she loved it. Comes with a bow to attach also. Great idea and good value.

This product is good for a medium size hamper
Bought one of these hampers last year and was impressed on how much you could get into it. Used it as a food hamper for a friend and she was over the moon with it. Bought again this year and I am not disappointed.

Don’t bother terrible quality
Wish I’d read the reviews. Totally agree. Poor quality no cellophane paper falling out of the bottom of basket. Really disappointed. Can’t believe they are selling such rubbish to what should be valued customers

No cellophane
No cellophane wrap!! Very stressed at this point as it’s a present and looks rubbish without it. Where am I meant to place the bow, ridiculous and now I am left hunting a cellophane wrap on a Sunday morning.

No complete kit
I order around 10-12 basket at easter and christmas, these ones did not come with cellophane, cellophane is pricey enough for that amount of baskets, maybe if they reduce price it would be ok

Very poor
Very poor from Hobbycraft. No plastic wrapping. Bow wasn’t great. The filling fell out from the bottom of the basket every time you lifted it. Wouldn’t recommend. Won’t be buying it again.

I brought this last week and size etc is ok but there is no cellophane to wrap it, I would consider the cellophane essential in a hamper set and the ribbon seems pointless without it.

easy icing
It is great for covering cakes and for modelling. If you make a mistake you can easily correct it and start again, I have had so much fun using it and leant a lot.
