Great price but...
Bought these pens for half price recently, £11-50 instead of the usual £23, a bargain! However, the black pen in the pack turned out to be empty, barely made a mark on the paper, very disappointing. Pleased to report that the black pen was replaced without a fuss, I had already had the set for nearly two weeks before trying them out - I always keep the receipt just in case.

Great purchase
I wanted to try these type of markers for a while. Managed to bag them whilst on half price. So far I love them. Copic is obviously the leading brand on alcohol based markers at the moment but I reckon the Windsor and Newton markers are top rate. Both fine and highlighter style tips. I've enjoyed using these. Great choice of colours.

These pens are really good value for money if you want a really good alcoholic marker. They blend nicely and they have really nice pigments. I love that the ink doesn't over saturate the paper when colouring which means I can layer colours and minimises bleeding through the page. I highly recommend these pens, they're brilliant.

brilliant i love working with them
these are relly good though for people who are using these for the first time i would recommend making sure you have thick paper as they tend to leak through then paper, but they do not bleed into each other and they are fairly easy to blend whihc is good and they have a wide end and a point end which is good for fine lines.

I recently bought this set of pens, as I used to use them years ago. I was so pleased when I got to the store, and they was on a special offer.
The pens are perfect for beginners, as they blend very easily. I’ve also used them on a cheap card stock, and had minimal bleeding.
I would 100% recommend these pens.

Sadly. Must have been stored on their end. Every lid I opened splatted all over my work spoiling it constantly. Think hobbycraft need to assess how things are stored making sure they’re stored correctly. Was replacing pens I already have and have been using for many. Many years with no issue.

Great little blenders
I was very pleased with the ink quality and very quickly noticed just how well these blend. Some very cool effects can be done with layering, blending and the CB is particularly good. Using these with a wax based coloured pencil and some OMS, you can get some nice and vibrant work.

Useful markers
Use these for plastic model making. Ideal when you need to do small details and the range of colours in the pack covers most needs. Good coverage.
Also used them for other tasks and they are good for general colourign and so on. Like the inclusion of the blender.
