I like it very much
I am delighted with the products I purchased at Hobbycraft it is value for the money paid. The store is spacious and easy to get around I am not harassed by staff but i can always find someone if I need help and they give the impression that they have all the time to give help and advice. I use Hobbycraft quite a lot, and I undoubtedly get inspiration when I am there for something else I wasn't even thinking about, keep it up,thank you.

Just like it says on the tin
This product IS soft and cuddly and easy to crochet with. You get what you pay for and although not the cheapest yarn it is worth the reasonable price for such great quality. After trying my first ball of this yarn I was so impressed I went back to buy 6 more. It doesn’t split or fluff as many yarns do when crocheting.

Great for crocheting
I used this wool to crochet a teddy bear comforter for a newborn. It comes out in stripes, and the colour is lovely and muted - not too bright for a little one. The wool itself is very soft and not scratchy or irritating at all. I used a 3mm crochet hook, which worked great with this thickness of wool.

I have only just started using this DK wool. I have used it to knit a baby jacket and found it knitted up very well The wool was nice and soft and the texture had a good feel. I will be happy to use it again for other projects in the future

Nice and soft
Lovely and soft but surprised there were no patterns to go with this yarn. I was looking for a baby jacket. Wasn't keen on the way it worked up as I wanted something completely random and this makes a sort of pattern.

Not quite as expected
Looking at the wool in store it seemed like the colour change was quite rapid, but the wool has very long sections of each colour, and so to have the colour graduation would require making something quite large.

Knits up to a beautiful smooth finish. Ideal for baby or child garments.
I have used this wool in the past and it was nicely random. This time it was in very long lengths of one colour. Hence a baby coat was nearly all dark blue for a whole side. Not that random sadly.

Good experience in wool.
Lovely colour, very soft and so nice to knit. Completed garment had a neat finish. Only downside was that in one ball there were 2 knots.
