Beautiful vibrant colour
This red wool has a beautiful vibrant colour to it. I'm using it for a rainbow granny square blanket. The texture of the wool has a soft feel to it. I would highly recommend to purchase this wool if you are thinking of a future project that involves bright, bold colours.
I'd say that my only criticism is that they do not sell wool that is over 250m. When having a big project to complete, keep in mind how much wool you will need as it can be annoying running out of wool mid project.

WI acrylic yarn
Bit disappointing. Have used this yarn for years and been delighted with it, however this one feels very acrylic and dose not slide off needle with ease

Crochets beautifully
The good:
This yarn has good consistency, and will not pile easily.
The bad:
Although I would buy this brand again, there are spots that the weave is felted for about a half stich. It happens about 4-5 times in a skean. It is not noticeable when the project is finished. Unless, you are making lace or other more delicate work.
The ugly:
There is a bit of inconsistency in the die lot . About 2 stichs worth. It is not glaringly obvious, but it may bother some.

A good craft yarn!
I have enjoyed using this yarn to knit with as it has just the right texture and elasticity for the task.
. The only reason I have given it 4 not 5 stars is that some black thread had been woven into a length which meant I had to break the yarn and restart after undoing 3/4 of a row.
. This problem is probably a one off issue however so I highly recommend this yarn especially as it was 3 for the price of 2 balls.

Best Acrylic for Beginners
Purchased to use with beginners at a community skill share - soft, didn’t split, easy to handle, more substantial than other double knit yarn, a wide variety of colours. Crocheted a granny square Christmas tree, which looked amazing. Now, knitting and crocheting large poppies for an outside installation in November - hoping they’ll withstand the weather! Already purchased more - highly recommended. 🧶

A beautiful shade of red
I absolutely love this shade of red, it's that nice balance between a strong red but not too bright. As with all WI yarn it knits and crochets up beautifully soft, and complements the other shades on the WI collection well. It isn't prone to splitting and doesn't stretch if frogged so you can be assured you won't have to deal with thinning yarn if you make mistakes and have to frog back.

Excellent product
I use this wool for knitting toys and would not use any other . There are many colours to choose from and many are quite vibrant making the toys very colourful . It is great to find a brand of wool which mixes and matches so well together therefore enhancing the the end result of the toys .The fact that you can buy 3 for 2 make them excellent value.

Good quality reasonably priced yarn.
This yarn is good quality and very nice to knit with, I've used this yarn before many times with great results. When laundering the finished item I found that the item retained its shape beautifully and kept it's shape during wear. My latest project using the yarn is a Childs reindeer cardigan, the shades of red and white are perfect.

Good quality
Excellent quality just right for my charity knitting project of poppies to decorate our town for the anniversary of The Great War. We lost 120 men in this conflict from a very small town with a population of maybe less than four thousand at that time. The poppies will be hung in trees displayed on railings etc.

Poor quality
This is poor quality wool. I bought it to make charity hats to sit on Innocent drink bottles. I've used it before for projects like this and know that's all it's really good for. The wool loses its structure even when used to make tea cosies. I wouldn't use it for clothing, the garment wouldn't keep its shape.

Great to knit with
Bought this wool to start on a Christmas jumper involving lots of cableing. Having finished the back piece - it looks and feels great! Knits up well and doesn't split or snag. I am using it as an alternative to the Patons wool recommended and all seems to be going really well - a lot cheaper too!
