Butterfly Wooden Threading Kit

Too fragile
I bought one of these for my son. He was very excited to complete it (having enjoyed previous kits). Firstly, there is significantly less thread than the older sets, which is disappointing as he often wants to change the design and not copy the picture on the packaging. My son completed the body, gave it to me to tie off the thread and an antenna snapped with next to no force being applied. This was upsetting for my son, having spent his time doing it and enjoying it. I promised I’d buy a new one.
New one bought, my son went to remove it from the packaging and both antenna snapped off! I rarely write a bad review but thought I would to say I’d save your money on this one and not bother. I know it’s only £2 but the disappointment for my son was more upsetting than anything.

Lovely for littlies!
I recall learning to sew with a kit so thought this will be nice for grandchild. The needle is very flimsy or I’d have given five stars
