Love it! Bit of a drama to get it as notification that it was in store was actually only for the smart bundle not the actual machine as I had ordered click and collect so ended up having to drive out twice having rearranged my days and then not being able to set it up for days as had no time

Excellent
Love this product. Did a lot of research and was torn between the Explore and the Maker. If you can justify the additional cost then go the extra mile. First request was a wooden wedding cake topper and this did the job easily. There's not much this thing can't do...

Great products .very poor communications
Really good product and some of the service I received. I got 4 parts of my order on time but was not informed that the maker3 was not being delivered. I had to Chase you . The new date I was given was missed and the item eventually arrived just prior to Easter. Again I was not informed of the delivery by either yourselves or royal mail. Royal Mail advised that they were delivering it after I had received the item . Your inital Comms were good but fell to ver0y poor for the parts not on the first delivery. If I had not chased the order with Denise my Cricut Maker 3 which I ordered on next day delivery -ordered on the 2nd April . I got some parts on the 5th then I chased you and was told that the courier had the goods on the 5th and I would receive it on the 6th .It eventually turned up on the 7th April just before the holiday close down. I contacted you on the Thursday to be told that the courier has 2 days to reply . This would have meant that with the holiday they would reply on the 13th April . So much for a next day service . Luckily it came on the afternoon but this lack of customer care annoyed me after I spent over £500 with your company in this transaction.

I regret buying this!
I regret spending almost £400 on this clunky machine with no support/customer service (cricut) and clunky design space. Using the free design space is a frustrating experience. Plus there’s a lot that you need to pay for extra if you want to do nice projects. It’s a money pit! The idea is great, but the quality of cuts, materials and online software is poor for the price you’re paying.

I love hobby craft
The delivery was fine and on time. The bundle was great too. The cricut machine was also fine but there was no instruction on how to use it. I have been told this is normal with the company that makes them. Would be better if this was provided. I have had to speak to others to find out how to use it. The factvtgat they expect you to pay for tutorials and instructions is not on.

Good Product but you have to buy extras ontop
Good product, but not impressed that it doesn't come with the basic parts you need to print a car, such as a cutting mat or specific cutting blades, these had to be purchased at another additional cost

The maker 3 is a great machine you can do so much more with it, it is quicker. And quieter than the maker the smart maters are great and the amount of smart vinyl you can cut in one go is amazing.
