Enjoyable but a few issues
Really enjoying making this, the instructions were very clear and the image is beautiful. However the image printed on the template and the guide on the instructions do not match up, so it was quite confusing during the process of making it as to whether I should follow the instructions or the template.
Some of the colours were printed between squares meaning lines and rows sometimes had to be skipped. Also, it’s not very clear which colour is which, as some of them (especially the large amount of greens) weren’t well described. I struggled to locate Green and Mid Green, and find which one was Light Green and which was Bright Green. A colour key chart would be very helpful because I used the wrong colour on one section and ran out of that colour thread so had to go back and unhook them and start again. Apart from these sometimes frustrating setbacks it’s looking really good and I have really enjoyed making it.

Enjoyed the kit, but pattern needs fixing
Really good kit. Enjoyed it alot. Lots of thread, in all colours, no fear of running out. However, the pattern and the designed printed on the aida didn't match perfectly, also the pattern didn't give much help to identify the different colours so spent ages separating them out to work out which there was more of for each section.

lovely colours and easy to do
the wools in this kit are lovely colours and the instructions easy to follow but the yarn came with all the colours mixed together and sorting them out (21 colours in total) was a pain and required a lot of patience

As someone who does a lot of latch hooks...
Im not happy. The idea of the pattern is beautiful but I've never had a latch hook with mixed colours in each bundle of wool. I've made a mistake 5 times already and I've not even done a quarter of it because the colours are so similar. There is 7 shades of green, 5 shades of blue, and the colour chart really doesn't tell you which one i should be using. Overall, very disappointed :(

Extremely good service
I visited the Livingston store last week with my two children. A man was at the door greeting us and showing us where to sanitise our hands. He then explained how to make our way round the store safely. He was very polite and friendly. The lady at the till was equally as pleasent and commented on our face masks and asked how I have got on with wearing it with glasses as she has had to do the same. We came out with our products and enjoyed the experience in the shop at this tricky time. Thank you.

Lovely Kit
This is the 9th one of these kits I’ve done. They are a lovely kit to do, except for the Flamingo one, which didn’t have enough of one of the colours, but I was able to improvise to complete it. I thoroughly recommend them.

Punch needle
I bought this for myself it was the first one I had ever bought. I was very dissatisfied as it had been opened but worse than that the pattern was very very faint. The lady changed for another one.
It’s not much better the way she was with me I felt I should not go back a second time. I was about to contact you as I’m not happy with my purchase.

I only bought this today, but thought I would look at the contents. I've never done one of these before and was hoping it would be easy, BUT, the colours are so confusing, all the different shades of green! I don't know where to start, if someone can give me a clue as how to know the difference I would be so grateful... please!!!!!
