If you cancel your subscription within 14 days, a full refund will be issued upon cancellation. If you cancel after 14 days, no refund will be issued.

The discount cannot be applied to the purchase of craft machines (including, but not limited to, sewing machines, Cricut machines, Glowforge machines Silhouette machines, Sawgrass machines), workshops, subscriptions, Made to Measure Patterns or gift cards. Additionally, the discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other % discount voucher. See full terms and conditions.

No, there is no need. When shopping online, just log into your account and the discount will be applied to all qualifying items automatically at checkout. When shopping in store, you simply need to share your email address when making your purchase and the store colleague will apply the 10% discount to all eligible items.

We will email you your £30 e-gift card to redeem against craft machine workshops, as well as details on how to access to our online workshop booking system. If your workshop costs less than £30, you can use the remainder for full or partial payment of other workshops.

Choose from Cricut, Silhouette and Glowforge workshops (excluding seasonal specials), available as one-to-ones or group sessions. You can choose to attend workshops in store or online.
