The fine, sturdy board is ideal for single cakes filled with delicious layers. It will not be well suited to tiered cakes that require a thicker alternative, such as a cake drum. If you wish to take your cake decorating to another level, you can even disguise the board as part of the cake by wrapping it with icing.

This board is the perfect support for a mouth-watering cake and there’ll be no need to worry about it collapsing or crumbling. What’s more, the patterned foil covering the board won’t bend, warp or buckle.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Cranium from Expensive for the quality Cake board fine for the job. White cake box rubbish, very flimsy, pointed this out to a member of staff but was told, once the cake was in the box the cake board would firm it up but quite the opposite, the cake box sides buckled. The card quality should have been better. Expensive.
