Shadow box frame
Hobbycraft is an ideal place to buy items like this. The box will become a small individual gift for a new baby once I incorporate a few 3d butterflies, a background stamp and some sequins and the new baby’s name. Perfect size and decent construction to the box with a good depth to it.

Quite a few problems
I have bought several of these frames. They are currently half price which is great value for the good ones. I have however had a few that have been no good. Bubbling paintwork, a footprint on the back and metal fastenings that snap off far too easily.

Hobbycraft is the best place to buy picture boxes. there are various sizes and colour and made very well, plus with the vast amount of items available to purchase to decorate your frame I love I only need to go to one shop

Perfect size and Depth
I have been trying to find a deep frame to hold an embroidery design I got for my 21st for ages.
It is so precious to me so I wanted something to protect it but always was pretty and would go with it and this was perfect

Hanging fixings poor
Lovely looking frames. Bought a few as on offer but unfortunately the hanging hooks snapped off on both of them so I can’t hang them as intended without purchasing separate hanging kit. Disappointing.

This product is ideal for making unique personalised handmade frames
I particularly love this product as it is the ideal size to add a photo and a handful of nice words etc if you so desire. And it looks so elegant with the inner shadow border too! Highly recommended.

Box frames at Hobbycraft - surprisingly good value!
I recently began collecting objects of all kinds and make montages of them in box frames. But good ones are not always easy to find. I went to my nearby Hobbycraft store and chanced upon an ideal size of approx 25 x 25cm. It was of excellent quality and startlingly good price of £4.00 - on this basis, I have goner back for more, with the idea of making an entire co-ordinated wall-montage of framed objects. Many thanks for being there Hobbycraft !!!

Christmas presents
I have made 3 box pictures with the scrabble letters for each individual family as Christmas presents this year. It’s personal for each family and different and low cost using the £4 box frame and bag of letters. I am sure these will go down well. I have already given one to a colleague who has just become a grandfather for the first time. It included his new grandsons name and every member of the immediate family. They loved it Mrs V Shaw

Great surface and depth area
These frames are fantastic, they are easy to minaipulate in terms of putting your own boarders in etc, allows you to be very creative. I personally use mine for framing oil paintings on board and they just look great in these box frames without the glass. Highly reccomend if your looking to frame paintings to show texture with or without the glass visable making a really professional image for your artwork and creative works alike!

Excellent value
I find these box frames really complimentary for me to display my art within. You can choose to use them in different ways. They'll suit both creative 3D images, paintings on board and on 320gm artistic paper. The only small gripe thing, I've found is the glass. It seems quite fragile...so, beware with the way you handle and store your frames.
Overall excellent value and a good looking frame.

I bought 5 box frames from hobby craft because they were great value for money and are sturdy. Plenty of variety in colours and online they even do a multi pack for a discounted price. I bought mine in store with a few other craft bits but these box frames are great quality and perfect for a personalised present. I’m doing 5 personalised frames for family this Xmas!! Thank you!!

These frames are such great quality, I use them in all my designs including frames. They are the best I have used, and I have experimented using a lot of frames! I wouldn’t get my shadow box frames from anywhere else now. They’re the perfect depth to ensure your crafty designs are kept in perfect condition. I love how they’re available in 3 different colours.

These frames are great to work with we have bought over a 100 of them in the last few months as we make and sell them as gifts they are a bit pricey at £8 and we have bought when on offer if they can be sold at half price months on end then maybe overall price could be reduced ? , They are easy to work with and the end results are good

I have been buying these frames for quite a while now. I love them as they really show up how nice a frame can be. With a mount already included it gives the frame a professional look, a look that customers are looking for when you present them with a finished product. They look amazing
At glance they look quite plain, but you can really make them into anything you want to. They look amazing being hung up in my house and its really made it a home. Iv had so many comments on them and even people asking me to make them one. Iv made some for family members for christmas, I hope they really like them.

Quality at an affordable price
This is the first time I've actually bought frames from Hobbycraft, and have been pleasantly surprised at the affordability of their range, this box frame came in at a very competitive price and was of a quality that exceeded others that I have purchased before.

This product is great for what I need
Great quality shadow box frames. These are the best box frames I have found where you can remove the glass and all other inside parts of the frame. They are great for me applying vinyl to the glass frames as I can put them on with ease.
Will keep using them for as long as they’re supplied! 5 out of 5 for me!

These products are perfect for my crafting projects I do, I just wish they weren't as expensive, and I love when they are on offer because I cant charge my customer more so it massively cuts into my profit margin, but due to the quality I buy them because the deep box frames are half the quality of these
